Samochód w świetnym stanie, bez usterek, wysprzątany jak mieszkanie teściowej przed Świętami.
Szkoda, że nie zamontowano fotelika dla dziecka w aucie, dostajesz go w biurze, więc jeśli nie chcesz dygać z dzieciakiem za rękę i z fotelikiem pod pachą, to nie polecam.

byliśmy umówieni na konkretna godzinę na odbiór samochodu. mimo godzin otwarcia, lokal był zamknięty. po wykonanym telefonie pracownik zadeklarowal że będzie za 10min. czekaliśmy pół godziny.

SCAM!!! (Airport office) I got a beautiful car upgrade, desk clerk was very kind and helpful (10/10). Early morning return went not that well, there were no free spaces for car return, had to think where to park the car. 10 days after return recieved a bill for over 1k EUR for damage repairs, although I was not involved in accidents. They attached photos of damage, luckily I took photos when taking the car, and the damage was already there when I took the car. So they are trying to make me pay for a thing I clearly did not do.

Nous avions hésité à réserver une voiture en dernière minute à cause des avis negatifs.. au final , quelle bonne surprise ! Voiture réservée la veille à 22h sur booking, nous arrivons le lendemain à 10h, personnel très chaleureux et arrangeant, explique tout bien, on peut laisser les clefs à l'heure qu'on souhaite hors horaires d'ouverture, aucune mauvaise surprise quant à la caution.. Nous recommandons à 100% !
En effet attention à avoir une carte débit différé (noté "crédit " dessus) et les plafonds élevés pour la caution, mais c'est comme ça chez tous les car rental.

Hello! I made. Reservation for a vehicle in the class of VW Golf or equivalent I received a Toyota Aurus. Very nice car 9,xxx km. In good shape and less then a year old. I used Expedia to reserve this car and bringing my international drivers license I had no issues renting this car along with adding a second drive to the rental agreement. The location was easy to find and the process took less then thirty minutes. I returned the car at Warsaw airport without any issues. There was a man waiting in the parking garage that checked the car back in with me using his tablet/cell phone. He walked around the car and confirmed everything was good. No extra charges or fees. Overall good experience. I would recommend to a friend.
